Like it or not, our economy relies heavily on laborers who are paid under the table. Being paid under the table is separate and apart from illegal immigration. We had a better economy under Trump with lower illegal immigration and far worse under Biden/Brenda uncontrolled immigration. Ive never understood why if low cost foreign workers are essential why we don't raise legal immigration limits. We have 23 different kinds of visas including temporary workers specifically for farm work. For example the H2-A has no limit on farm workers, while other temp/seasonal workers is like H2-B is 66,000. The uncontrolled flow of people into the country not to mention zero vetting is a real problem. This is costing sanctuary cities billions of dollars and worse some politicians are prioritizing illegals over US citizens. Love the illegal first time home buyer loans being proposed in California - so woke. a) And yes some are murderers, kidnappers and rapists - but you don't think we should check first before we let them in the door? b) Yes they are taking jobs or worse being paid by tax dollars to live here to the tune of billions.
