Romeos,I think
or
Nice dark red color

The ones I picked look almost identical to the Romeo cherries in the article.
I used about 6 cups of cherries to get 2 cups of cherry juice.
The jelly is still settling but it is a wonderful clear red color, similar to apple jelly made with dolgos.
The flavour is very delicate but it is definitely cherry.
I used 1/8 cup of lemon juice and 28gs of Certo pectin and 2.25 cups of white sugar.

The raspberries were well picked, the gooseberries were eaten by kids.
The currants were clearly harvested by someone who knew what they were.
The cherries were a surprise though, I knew they were cherries but many people wouldn't.
I think to most people they would just be an unfamiliar small red fruit.
Just the hornets and I trying to make use of them.
