Has anyone here grown Jerusalem artichokes? I cannot believe how well they do. My plants are 20 feet tall now! You can harvest over time in the fall- so you don't even have to pick them all at once. I got the tubers from Wallmart, because our garden center won't carry them since they are an invasive plant. DO be careful where you put them- they will spread if they can. When cooking them, boil in lemon juice for 15 minutes- this seems to eliminate the flatulence issue some people have with them :-)
