Sorry I'm so slow in responding. Yes, BAAT is under investigation by the SEC. That is why I'm a little concerned about the financial reporting status of MHTX. I haven't heard anything on the threads regarding MHTX reporting anything so I assume nothing has been filed. I would sure hate to see MHTX get into a situation like BAAT.
