Harry M. Motro President and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Motro joined Infoseek in April of 1997. Most recently, he was a Senior Vice President of CNN, in charge of interactive and new business development. After founding CNN Interactive in 1994, Mr. Motro oversaw its growth into a profitable unit with over 100 employees and launched two other successful CNN sites -- CNNfn and All Politics. Under his leadership, CNN developed a series of important strategic relationships with industry leaders including PageNet, Pointcast and Intel. Prior to his work with CNN Interactive, Mr. Motro worked with Turner Broadcasting's CFO on mergers and acquisitions and helped lead key transactions in both the entertainment and news fields. Before joining Turner, Mr. Motro spent six years with Coopers & Lybrand, focusing on telecommunications clients. A frequent speaker at industry conferences and trade shows, Mr. Motro is actively involved in promoting the growth of the interactive industry and holds leadership roles in influential industry groups including the Internet Content Coalition, ITA Broadband PC Council, the Intercast Industry Group and the International Interactive Communications Society.
