Dominick J. Zaccoli, Sr., Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Araldica Wineries, LTD., announced that the accounting firm of Goldenberg, Rosenthal & Friedlander, Jenkintown, PA. has recently commenced an audit of the company.
Araldica anticipates that the accountants' report should be completed, and sent to shareholders in September. Araldica expects to become a fully reporting public company on or about 1 October 1997.
The financial information on the results of the last 12 months of operations, that is, the information of 31 July 1997 was unaudited.
