Remember when I bought the shell of a building, with the purpose of finishing it to the specifications of a local business who would then buy it from me. You were ragging on me for not adding solar at my expense. Well, the property was reconveyed back to me, and I sold it to a different business. Told them I would pay for a PV system. It took way too many months, but the building permit was just approved, and the system will be installed a week from today. IIRC, 9.6 KW with a Tesla battery. I'm trying to get a different brand, cuz of Elmo, but it is what it is.
