They messed up badly. I have seen the same symptoms with ChatGPT. They are really making a mistake because that experience will stick with people forever. The only AI I would trust at this point would be Grok. I noticed it a while back with ChatGPT that if I asked a question about Biden criticism it would refuse, while if I asked for Trump criticism it would lay it on thick. I stopped using it, even though it more handy. When Alexa announced it was downloading speech while not in use, I was done.
