I have noticed you submitted several posts the
past few days regarding insider selling. Not big sales,
50,000 here and 25,000 there, but nonetheless it is insider
selling. I am new to ASND and wonder if this is typical or
is it something to be of concern?
Synopsis of insider sales this window:

Smith 50,000 (perhaps another 50,000...being checked)

Total: 226,691 or 276,691
This total is very, very low compared to insider sales
during earlier open windows. As such, it may even suggest
that insiders are relatively "holding" ASND, a positive sign:

Jul-Aug 96: 249,829 (ASND rose after this window from 52 to 72)
Apr-May 96: 695,628
Jan-Feb 96: 603,986
