That was actually better than most. It was not word salad. The phrases and sentences were intelligible with a little bit of work and patience. It rambled. It was not cohesive. And, as you suggest, it's not translatable. But it stayed more or less on topic and you coule get the gist.

Which I think was, basically, "child care/schmild care." That's peanuts, not worthy of my attention, compared with how rich I'm going to make the country.
