You miss the point. It is the most important of the rights conferred in our Bill of Rights. In the the US we give free speech it’s due.

Other nations have varying levels of support for it, but I'm not sure any other nation has treated free speech with the understanding of our Constitution.

Nations trying to shut down X are third world knockoffs. Musk's acquisition of Twitter is once again shown to have been wise and productive and critical to the survival of basic freedoms.
