Growth rates at tops are ALWAYS far too optimistic. EVERYONE talks about how "cheap" the stocks are on PEG basis. Think about it.... how long can Google, Meta, MSFT, et. al. grow their capital equipment spending at 40% from where it is today? For that reason... one of my tricks is to use 20 as max growth to predict what I'll pay.
