Another anecdotal report: I polled my first cardiologist today. I asked if he's been seeing any diet pill related pathology. His answer was "very little". They are doing a lot of echocardiograms and finding "less than one" heart valve problem per one hundred studies. Again, I know this is not scientific but I will continue my cardiologist survey.
