Of course it applies to the owner of the platform. And to the platform itself.

If some renegade judge wants to assault Musk over it, let him try. That doesn't generally work out for people, and becomes a lesson learned by the public in the long haul. Musk is willing to suffer for the cause.

Why the fuck would you oppose absolutely free speech?
