Hi James,

In accordance with one of your fav numbers, check out the drop in
goodwill from 2Q to 3Q.......I like a drop of 1.7mil, personally(G).
Long term debt dropped from 460k to 91k....and notes payable are
now 000. The overall total liabilities dropped 2.3mil with the
current liabilities dropping 1.8mil.

This balance sheet just continues to improve and I can't wait to see
how the 4Q turns out.......we shall see.....ttyl
