Because of the work on the AC joint , my dr. has been pretty conservative.. I started rehab last week. by rehab, I mean with therapist. He had me on exercises but no wieghts or pulling on arm. tuesday they did the work on pulling and etc. It hurts...i went home and went to bed early hat day<gg> get into this credit 8 bull put spread stuff
