An armed IRS agent can walk into your home and tell you the $39 picture hanging on your wall which you bought at Walmart two years ago is really now worth $80,000.00 and you'll have to pay the taxes on that unrealized gain within 30 days or the IRS will take your home and sell it at a public auction...
The intent is not for the government to increase their tax intake, their plan is to destroy personal wealth and personal ownership, you have no right to "own" anything, only the government can own anything and they will also want to own you!!!
