That is four years old. Where have you been-lol!!??
I eat mostly sea food, lots of salmon (a lot of it lox), and sardines, crab, oysters and kippered herring, and veggies and fruit.
And I cook pretty much everything.
Lots of stir frys and salads, and make chile and beans a lot.
I am very conscientiousness about what I eat.
I drink four cups of green tea a day, and start my breakfast by peeling an orange, tangerine and lemon or lime, and put them in a blender with water and a little stevia.
I only eat twice a day, at about 11 and 5, and go swimming at our local YMCA most mornings.

Try not walking down grocery aisles that have sugar and salt - candy, chips, soda, crackers, ice cream, etc. Half of what we call grocery is junk food. I can shop in less than 20 minutes. |
