While she didn't have to support Trump on J6, her falsely-predicated claims against him and participation in that "committee" scam was not honorable.
What "false predications"? Trump WAS an insurrectionist.

And based on Trump's incendiary comments as of late, he's promising to BE an insurrectionist if he loses again.

Everything Liz Cheney did as part of that January 6th committee was done out of her own convictions over what happened that day.
