Interesting twist.
As "public anger" pressures the government to react against "robbing foreigners",
one may ask "The similarity in situation of unpaid and laid off workers of Tselinny
Gorno-Khimicheskii Kombinat and JSC Kazakhaltyn which owns the Aksu,
Jolimbet and Bestobe mines in the past to Tractebel's current performance is just a coincidence?".
Lack of clear programme, inability to deliver the promise and the product, in result causing human suffering and anger? Can one blame the government of the republic which just 8 years ago was a bastion of communism to take a stand in order to protect own people from indifferent to social well being reality of capitalism and painful lessons of privatization at least by elimination the failure from the process?

Regards
Robert
