A good event for Kamala. I hope independent voters saw what we all saw and that it was sufficient reason to consider her. One thing continues to nag at me, and it's similar to what I posted on the thread a while back -- specifics on immigration and inflation with some acknowledgement of those major issues for voters. Thomas Friedman, in an op pieced in the NYTimes a couple of days ago framed the problem I worry about this way. He suggested Harris needs to say these 23 words (as he framed it): “Joe and I got a lot of things right, but we got some things wrong, too — and here is what I have learned.”
