Paul,
I would value FAB 25 slightly higher than $1.2B but taking your number AS A STARTING POINT, you can add the other FABs, the $.4B Cash, the joint ventures etc. etc and soon get to ~$2.6B in hard assets alone which is ~$19/sh. which is how "THE MARKET" is valuing AMD. That's a lot more than Reginald's #.
