Personally,

I think when the big hi-tech stocks move. .. FLSHF does not.

I think the short term money takes quick profits and gets in the stocks moving that day.

FLSHF is more of a stock pickers kind of find. when the market is slow we don't have to compete with the momentum stocks on that day.

Therefore, on calm hi-tech days I think you'll see some return to FLSHF.

Just a theory.
