I predict that new management will sell (give away) the technology. It is sad, but my experience with similar sham companies (e.g. Eco2- trading as "TIRE") leads me to believe that the greedy new guys will sell off the technology to pay themselves their salaries and benefits, and then they will simply walk away. Nobody answered my questions: Who picked the new president? Where did he get the authority to be president and to fire the old management? What about us lowly shareholders--aren't we entitled to at least an official announcement and report about the reasons for the shake up? Aren't we entitled to vote on such drastic change? Does not the current management owe us a written report on the waste or fraud that it claims the prior management committed? If you have the answers, please post them. I am seriously considering legal action; I am tired of being the sugar daddy for inside investors. stock manipulators and lying, crooks.
