Interesting video. Since I've yet to take my first fall (as this demonstrated) for any reason, I wanted to check myself. I found, so far at least, I don't seem to EVER cross one leg over the other when I make a turn as demonstrated. I've watched myself all morning, since seeing the video, and I'm just not inclined to make that step across the other leg. I'm grateful for this, if it is indeed a trait I've developed over my 88 (early Oct) years. At the same time, I admit to being very careful. My brother has fallen numerous times, injuring himself a couple of those times. I'll share the video with him.
