You're welcome John. Sounds like you and SA in the prior post, as well as others on the board keep physically active.

Another occasion of falling I have heard of was trying not to drop something or trying to catch it before it hits the floor. In that scenario, I don't know how you'd be able to train yourself against a reflexive action. It might just be a case of carrying too much at once to avoid extra trips or from having a weaker grip than you're aware of.
