Norman -

I'm not sure what you're asking. (?) The article in MC2 indicates that Gravis and it's ad firm, Imagio, was putting together a new ad campaign along with a product packaging redesign... That's good. I'm in the high-tech ad/marketing business myself. I know it takes some time (or should) to research, plan, and implement an effective campaign.

What is so interesting (and this has been commented on by yourself and others), is that the prospects for Gravis were very good before the take-over attempt. The new product development and ad/marketing activities indicate that Gravis' mangement didn't expect to be bounced by some big bad bank.

The threat of bankruptcy was a ruse to facilitate the deal with ACCO. That's history. My gripe with management is that they 1. refrain from doing anything to prevent the market (that's stock market) from placing a fair value on the stock, 2. that the stock stay listed, and 3. that the attention of management be focused on the more mundane activity of maximizing shareholder value--their job. Let's hope ACCO agrees with these simple, albeit, naive requests.

By the way, what's up British Columbia corporate security laws?
How protected are directors and officers from their employers (i.e. stockholders)?

Sorry about the rant. I'm tired of reading how our entrusted management is trying to minimize the value of Gravis.
