It is looking almost for sure that there exists an affidavit testifying that ABC moderators provided Harris with the questions before the debate, which looked obvious at the time of the debate. And that ABC told Kam that she would NOT be fact checked while Trump would be.

This is on Twitter tonight, posted by Mark Penn, former pollster for Bill Clinton and now chairman for the Harris Poll,, who has apparently written the following op-Ed for the WSG. He says the affidavit is to be released by the weekend.
