Yeah, it's tough to keep up that presence. It's great for quick notes but I like to be more verbose and thoughtful with what I say ... tweets, etc get lost so quickly never to be seen again for the most part. I like a searchable thread. I thought about all the other services out there but settled on Reddit because it's very open, almost too open, but gives me enough moderation rights, etc. But like the Inner Circle here I've been able to ask people to be respectful and not tear down each other, very directly in a one on one way in many cases and it stops the activity. I'm posting away hoping that I can recreate that community over there.
