You used to be for the War on Terrorism. You used to be for the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Now you think Dick Cheney, one of the architects of said wars, was part of the "Deep State."
I have flatly stated that I was suckered by them. But other than that, I have specifically changed my views about the wars. I would NOT support the Iraq war if there were do-overs available. So, I made a mistake just like many others on the Right.

I also, however, believe that Trump is wrong about China, and that they are not in any way acquisitive outside their immediate sphere of influence, or wanting to get into a war with us or others.

We both reserve the right to change our views from time to time. But you seem to have bought into the far left views that can only be found SF and the Valley.

Edit: Make no mistake, we had to respond to the attacks, and Iraq may well have become a problem, but it was a mistake to go in the way we did in that context.
