We actually watched Granite Harbour a couple of nights ago just before your post.
Liked season 2 better than season 1.
Perhaps the characters just grew on us but the stories seemed more interesting too.

Have moved on now to “Blue Lights” …. 3 episodes in after one night,
Set in Belfast around 3 new cops on probation.
Some continuity around characters and story lines but also a new focus for each episode.
So far, so good.
Looks like two 6-episode seasons available so far with a renewal in place for a third.
