My biggest gripe with NDB so far is they have sent me paperwork twice to transfer funds into this account from someone else's non-NDB account. Once they even sent me the originals of someone else's transfer request from another broker. Not that I wouldn't have liked to have his $17K but it makes you wonder about your personal info when they have it. I shall expect much better once there is activity in my account and I am actually using it.
