Monroe County, NY: Today, Irondequoit PD annouced that Julio Cesar Pimentel Soriano was arrested in connection with the murder of a family of four that occurred on August 31.


They state that Pimentel Soriano entered Puerto Rico illegally and from there, obtained a fraudulent ID to travel to the US.
Victims: Fraime Ubaldo (father), Marangely Moreno-Santiago (mother), 4-year-old Evangeline Ubaldo-Moreno, and 2-year-old Sebastian Ubaldo-Moreno.
