Not enough long range missiles to make a difference for Ukraine But letting Kyiv strike deep into Russia could lead us right into war responsiblestatecraft.org Other goal is to force Russia to move ground troops to control land in W. Ukraine (where the missiles are being launched) with the goal of getting them into guerrilla warfare in hostile territory and near NATO's border. Russia has so far responding with destroying infrastructure from the air to create 'buffer' zones, limiting ground troops' exposure to loss of life.
