Yousef I guess you "forgot" that Intel is to produce alpha on that Fab exclusively for DEC. Basically that is not the value of the Fab since the only expenses would be paid by intel and the only profit is going to DEC. It's a poor attempt by intels pr to present part of the lawsuit settlement as a fab purchase. :-))
