Mark, I believe that the consensus right now is that industry-wide, the movement to smaller sizes is on track, but the movement to 300mm is temporarily on hold (although it may still be being pursued at a couple of big-player fabs.) I think that's the general feeling at Infrastructure.

By the way, Mason, Isn't the BTB data due out this week? If the chart that was in the last monthly report from Infra tracks true, there should be more declining ratios, although the key might be, are the declines starting to be less? (tracking the sign of the second derivative rather than the first derivative.)
