Important Apple security updates Along with new operating system versions, Apple is now distributing very large updates to the other operating system versions it still supports for security flaws it labels “important.” macOS Sonoma 14.7 macOS Ventura 13.7 Safari 18 iOS 17.7 and iPadOS 17.7 Xcode 16 macOS Sequoia 15 iOS 18 and iPadOS 18 watchOS 11 visionOS 2 tvOS 18 Apple may also be silently installing XProtect 5273 on Macs via the Internet today, though it’s not showing up for macOS 14 Sonoma in at least several cases.
