I read this as keeping him tied to the company under non-disclosure of company secrets / methods as well as if they need him for SEC or DOJ testimony.

For him, he continues to get the indemnification and protection from the company. Keeps him sidelined and happy as well as his wife. Both play nice and hope for successful readout in December. If that comes to pass the money will end up flowing to the couple from their stock/option position. Also, cases that are not settled will quietly go away as there will be a significant drug development.

Just my opinion.

Still believe this is a binary event based on read out from P3 trial coming sometime in December. We all wait to see if we get a pony or a lump of coal. Merry Christmas to All....
