If you listened to the conf call, they did not know about the shortfall until the last two weeks of Jan - so the purchases were made thinking they would have a normal quarter, In aby event, 15000 shares at 4.75 is not a strong endorsement - 100,000 shares maybe. It will be interesting to see if anyone bought at $3-3.5 recently - especially the CFO.
