Tenchu's Thoughts - iNvAsIoN

Bonefish, one small town grows from a population of 40K to 60K, and almost all of that growth is due to an influx of LEGAL Haitian immigrants.

Hence I have a problem with this video having the word "invasion" in the title. All I see are a bunch of people looking for jobs, and Springfield has them.

I remember watching an interview of a white granny in Fort Lee, NJ. She was bemoaning the fact that Fort Lee was being "taken over" by Koreans.

"This used to be such a nice town," she said. "Now look at it. It's Korea!"

That was the one and only time in my entire life that I wanted to reach through the TV and slap an elderly woman across her wrinkly cheek.

Now we see this sort of anti-immigration xenophobia being normalized by a former president who enjoys the support of over 40% of the American population.

So to answer your question, Bonefish, "Probably not coming to a town near you?" I will respond this way.

I've been living in towns where such "invasions" have ALREADY occurred.

Especially here in Silicon Valley, where some Trump-supporting xenophobe would swear has already turned into Indo-China.

By the way, we slanty-eyed folks from "CHY-NAH" are probably more likely to eat cats and dogs than these Haitians in Springfield. /sarcasm
