Dan, I am glad that post was useful. I will try to put together something on Listed Exchanges and Superdot, RAES, etc. sometime next week when I get a little time. I didnt' have that prepared as I did the OTC material. You are correct about the change to the SOES system regarding ECNs. I apologize, I hadn't seen the bulletin from the NASD. I think that is a needed change to make the system more fair. I wonder why the heck the NASD let it go so long anyway.
