That kind of statement is typical of a liberal. They settled out of court. So it didn't go to trial, so their was no verdict in the case. It didn't hurt the company financially. With tax deductions it's much less more like 500 million. The reports that left FOX made the company a whole lot more than 787.5 million. Running a company is like running a football team, you have to get rid of the big money and bring in new people for less. Like Bill O'rielly was making over 25 million, his replacement Jesse Waters is making 12 million, Tucker Carlson was making 30 million when he left, Lara Ingram is making 9 million. The big question is why aren't MSNBC & CNN being sued for all the crap they put out? The answer is the courts lean to the liberals.
