Not a terrible week, but not the unalloyed triumph of the previous week. Just under half the portfolios’ earnings were in the black, as opposed to last week where every portfolio made money. The average portfolio added $920 for the week, again nice but not great. The recent performance median portfolio tells a tale with an even smaller addition of $85. This means that the positive return portfolios have a one or more with an outlier performance. And that is BULBAMAN, in first place for the week with +$18k. Thanks to holdings in CU6.AX (+62%, top performer for the week) and fifth place stock VKTX (+20%). Almost all of this week’s profit for BULBAMAN went into widening the YTD gap between themselves (+$112k) and second place TOMATO (+$75k).
ALONER had the second place portfolio in the week’s performance (+$6.5k), in their case from a holding of one of the top five stocks, CRVS (+46%) which moved them from sixth to fifth in the YTD standings (+$29k). TECHNETIUM moved up a spot to seventh (+$17k), but are essentially in a tie with RAJU_BIJLEE separated by only $129.
