This is news. KBLR's Black Mountain Site got switched to a N+1 in
the allotment from an N-1. Tells you why this week's final channel
allotment plan was so important - you couldn't buy a transmitter
until 2/17 without risking what had occurred here - luckily the N-1
swapped to an N+1 and ACT still is in the game. Here's KBLR's new
channel and ERP.

City NTSC DTV ERP
PARADISE 39 40 102.1

On another note, got a chance to crunch through the ACT market some
more. A bit more detail.

N+1 : 177 Stations
163 Stations >= 50KW ERP with
113 Stations >= 50KW ERP + Under the KBLR ERP
N-1 : 149 Stations
131 Stations >= 50KW ERP with
90 Stations >= 50KW ERP + Under the KBLR ERP

Interestingly, the highest ERP of the N+/-1 stations is under 500KW
with 325 of the 326 under 300KW. Seems the power levels are nearly
ideal for ACRO's single transmitter pitch.

With just a light review (someone check the DD here) ACRO has the
only announced sale to this market. The ACT sale is confirmed with a
power level of 102.1KW - 203 of the 326 N+/-1 stations are over 50KW
and under the power level of the announced sale. The rest are under
300KW and well within reach of the ACT.
