TRUMP ruined the Republican Party and they will pay a high a high price for allowing him to hijack their ideals.
The good thing about Trump is that he is causing a shift in the political fault lines. The GOP is now the party of blue-collar white workers. Union members are no longer voting majority Democrat. Protectionism, isolationism, and nationalism are the new GOP values.

The bad thing about Trump is that he is imploding, and there is no clear successor to his cult legacy. There is no Kim Jong-Il to his Kim Il-Sung. JD is a disaster, Moscow Marge and Laura Boobert are worse, DeathSantis can't get any traction outside of Florida, and Nikki Haley will soon be branded a RINO.

Republicans will be wandering in the desert for at least another four years until they can build a new coalition.
