Silver Crown warrants to list on Cboe Canada

Cboe Canada Inc. has granted final approval for the supplemental listing of up to 699,407 common share purchase warrants (the $16 warrants) and up to 405,261 common share purchase warrants (the $8 warrants) previously issued by Silver Crown Royalties Inc.
Each $16 warrant entitles the holder to purchase, subject to adjustment in certain events, one common share of the corporation at an exercise price of $16 at any time prior to 5 p.m. Vancouver time on June 28, 2027.
Each $8 warrant entitles the holder to purchase, subject to adjustment in certain events, one common share of the corporation at an exercise price of $8 at any time prior to 5 p.m. Vancouver time on June 16, 2025.
The $16 warrants and $8 warrants of the corporation will be listed and available for trading on Cboe Canada under the symbols SCRI.WT.A and SCRI.WT.B, respectively, at the start of trading on Thursday, Sept. 26, 2024.
