the e&p companies are fraught with peril. Speaking of honest management- RITM ceo at the last conference call expressed confidence that his company 's value was $13-$16 a share. so why are they selling shares at around $11.45? Speaking of Buffett/Munger one of them said they always had a "too hard" pile., meaning they did the research and determined it was too hard an investment for them to have confidence in.
