I don’t think so, unrealized capital gains will not be taxed because it is not easily implemented and Congress won’t go with it. Just like the right BS about closing the government. Extreme left or right or extreme changes to the budget just does not fly in congress. I am holding my fingers crossed with Trump eliminating crypto taxes. I have little doubt he will win. Micron had a blowout quarter on AI and chips act, they are a major recipient of the chips act money, Brenda has no chance to be elected. I think both choices are good for peace, but Trump will destroy world trade with his tariffs. I think Intel is about to die, this shows tech can’t be undervalued, it either grows or dies.
