I think most of the American presidents of my lifetime have at least been held hostage by the consultant state. Consultants run DC. Now some may also be indebted to notorious bad actors either because of monetary connections or blackmail / extortion. I think Bummer was a puppet of some entity, commies owe allegiance to communism.
