And as of 9:45, we're "only" down $3.50 or so. Although it's fluctuating a lot... "The SEC claims the company cherry-picked patient data, failing to disclose that the full dataset showed no measurable cognitive benefit." I'm going to work on my grandchildren's treehouse while wondering if this blows my entire investment thesis for SAVA. The original speculation was that this was the only drug showing improvement.... Plus, much of my falsification of data response was "oh, those were western blots from a long time ago, and the only thing that counts is the trial results". The quote above is greatly more worrying.
